At Leave Stress Behind Coaching LLC, we strive to deliver high-quality, personalized coaching experiences. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Refunds for Coaching Sessions
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
Single Session Bookings:

Full Refund: If you cancel your session at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

No Refund: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session or do not show up for your scheduled session (“no-show”), unless exceptional circumstances apply at our discretion.
Multi-Session Packages (e.g., bundles of 3 or 6):

You may request a partial refund for any unused sessions, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase and at least one session remains unused.

Used sessions are non-refundable.

Discounts applied to package deals will be prorated, meaning the refund will deduct the full price of the sessions already used.
2. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule a session once, free of charge, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Multiple reschedule requests may be subject to availability and additional fees.

Sessions must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at purchase (e.g., within 3 months of booking a package), unless otherwise approved.
3. Digital Products, Worksheets, and Resources

All digital downloads (e.g., worksheets, templates, guides) are non-refundable once delivered, due to the nature of instant access.

If you encounter technical issues accessing your product, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll ensure you receive the product or an appropriate replacement.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life happens. In the case of emergencies, illness, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may offer a refund, credit, or rescheduling at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be required.

We aim to respond within 3 business days, and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated cancellations, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.

This Refund Policy may be updated periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the current policy.
