Terms and Conditions for Leave Stress Behind Coaching LLC

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before purchasing or participating in any coaching sessions or services offered by Leave Stress Behind Coaching LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By scheduling or participating in a session, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Offered

We offer personalized one-on-one coaching sessions designed to support clients in the following areas:

Budget planning and personal finance organization
Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
Building sustainable habits
Resume writing and job readiness coaching
Mental wellness coaching (non-clinical)

Note: Coaching services are not therapy or counseling. If you are experiencing mental health issues, we encourage you to consult with a licensed mental health professional.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

At least 18 years old, or have written consent from a parent/guardian
Able to participate in sessions in English (unless otherwise arranged)
Willing to take personal responsibility for your decisions and actions

3. Session Booking and Payment

Sessions must be booked in advance through our official booking platform or by contacting us directly.
Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
- Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited and cannot be rescheduled.
- Sessions canceled less than 24 hours' notice, up to 1 hour before the start time, will have a $10.00 cancellation fee. Sessions canceled less than 1 hour before the start time will incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the full price of the session.
- If your coach needs to reschedule, we will work with you to find a new time that works. The coach will provide a 24 hours' notice of reschedul

5. Confidentiality

All information shared in coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in the following situations:

You provide express permission to share information
Disclosure is required by law or there is risk of harm to yourself or others

6. Client Responsibility

By participating in coaching, you acknowledge that:

Coaching is a collaborative, non-directive process that requires your active participation
You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching
You will not hold us liable for outcomes related to your career, finances, health, or personal life

7. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes. Results vary depending on individual circumstances, commitment, and effort. Coaching is a support tool — success depends largely on your willingness to engage and follow through.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during coaching (e.g., worksheets, guides, templates) are the intellectual property of Leave Stress Behind Coaching LLC., and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate coaching services at any time if:

There is inappropriate, abusive, or unethical behavior
You violate these Terms
We determine coaching is not an appropriate fit

You may also terminate services at any time. No refunds will be issued for unused sessions unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leave Stress Behind Coaching LLC, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in coaching.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ohio.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
